Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Currently, there is no way to filter the tools based on whether they support Bowtie. This makes it harder for users to quickly find the tools that are compatible with or validated by Bowtie.

Describe the solution you'd like

I propose adding a filter option to the tools page that allows users to filter the tools by their Bowtie support. This could be a checkbox that shows only the tools that support Bowtie.

Describe alternatives you've considered

No response

Additional context

Having a filter for Bowtie-supporting tools would improve user experience by helping them find the tools that meet specific validation criteria without manually searching through each tool’s details.
