laravel scout not indexed items

hey guys i want to retrieve the Data which is not index yet or its job failed for whatever reason.
my solution is to add Indexed_at to the table and fill it after the makeSearchable job occurred. but i don't know how to access the job or it is a correct way to get not indexed items.
could some one give me some advise? is there a way to get the not indexed item?
