Try fixes

[No] Downgrade to dash<=2.2 or even lower. [BUG] Dropdown "multi" argument not working in latest release plotly/dash#1920
[FIX] remove CSS. Dropdown is not working in DataTable with bootstrap css plotly/dash#1814

Removing css fixed it. Check how to embed fix css line without creating asset folder that needs to be known.

CSS fix:

.dash-table-container .dropdown.dropdown { position: static; }
