feat: convert to typescript (#76) (#140)
- Converts to typescript - Only named exports - No more CJS, only ESM - Runs tests on all supported environments - Adds auto-publish - Adds dependabot Fixes #139 BREAKING CHANGE: switch to named exports, ESM only
