…reNode() step through inferred rows (to match what Core() does). Finally, make CHTMLaddChild() add a box of the correct type if forceChild is set. Resolves issue mathjax#1541.

Fix
getNode()yet again to walk the tree properly. Also, makeCHTMLcoreNode()step through inferred rows (to match whatCore()does) so that it will get the correct DOM node for theCore()element. Finally, makeCHTMLaddChild()add a box of the correct type ifforceChildis set. Resolves issue #1541.
