[Feature request] Matrix puppet bridge to vk.com (vkontakte social network)

Vk.com is popular instant messaging service, based on social network, like Facebook.com.

Vkontakte already have node.js npm package, that provides api to work with vk.com site: https://github.com/olnaz/node-vkapi

Will be good to create Matrix bridge based on this library, like Skype, Facebook, and other implementations. The API must be almost same as in Facebook social network.
