Describe the issue

Same issue as #23231 even with the fix, it's impossible to install behind a NTLM proxy.

To reproduce

Behind a NTLM proxy, install. The process hangs forever.

npm install onnxruntime-node

Urgency

Blocker for our environment.

Thank you for the feedback. I am not an expert on whatever about the proxy. If there is any suggestion of how to fix this, please let me know. Contribution is also welcomed.
