Issue with response structure of send mail api

Describe the bug

i tried this library to send the mail , message is delivered but im getting empty object as a response back. even not able to find the status code as well in node environment.

Expected behavior

Need to get to know the message deleivery status afer sending, either through status code or need to get a proper resposne form send email api.

How to reproduce

when calling sendmail api using this library
