[BUG] OPENAPI接口文档描述获取配置重要参数遗漏 #890

这里只有参数tag，实际上应该和发布配置的参数应该配套使用。
tag -> tag
configTags -> configTags
缺少了configTags字段，串用会导致查不到数据。tag对应的数据存储表和configTags存储表不是同一张。
