Make it possible to identify circuit type in cable traces

When viewing a cable trace that involves a circuit, it would be helpful to know what type of circuit is involved (wave, MPLS, etc).

I suggest we implement this in two ways:

1. Allow color coding circuit types, and use this as the background fill color in the circuit block
2. Include the circuit type name value next to the provider in the circuit block

Using this circuit as an example, if the Internet Access circuit type was color-coded blue, it would look kinda like this:
