NetBox version

v2.11.9

Feature type

Change to existing functionality

Proposed functionality

Most tabs relating to a device represent the number of relevant entries in this tab as a tag immedaitely following the tab header name. Journal doesn't do that. I think it would be worthwhile to also display the entry count for Journal.

Use case

This change would make it more obvious that something exists in the journal, which can otherwise easily be overlooked/forgotten.

This makes the Journal functionality more useful.

If feasible, it would also be helpful to display an icon for either "danger" or "warning" (in that order) on the tab if an entry of that Kind exists. This would draw the attention required to that tab when it's necessary.
