Cannot switch storage path in app

Please make a clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Notes app
2. Click on settings
3. Click on the current storage location (typically Notes) to switch the location

Expected behaviour

Folder picker shows and allows to select the location.

Actual behaviour

Folder picker shows and loads infinitely.

There is a problem in the network connection:
networksniff.har.zip

Note the URL is http://nextcloud.local/remote.php/dav/files/bobNotes/ instead of http://nextcloud.local/remote.php/dav/files/bob/Notes/ (the slash after bob).

Obviously the browser logs going nuts

I tried to reproduce and it works without infinitely loading. If you can still reproduce, feel free to reopen. I'm using Chrome on MacOS -- maybe it's environment specific
