As a researcher, I need to develop the user research protocol for internal workflows so that we can begin testing against a CMS prototype.

Acceptance criteria

• Develop an outline of roles / responsibilities for the NSF+18F user research group (Chris, Robin, Fureigh, Jeremy)

• Identify NSF availability to support research (Robin et al, we may not be prepared for internal user research until early Jan 2018)

• Draft simplified internal user research plan

• A master list of user stories has been developed (on the wiki)

• Identify workflows to test (web administrators and news articles)

• Verify what else, if anything, is necessary for the MVP for testing. (Fureigh in coordination w/ Robin — anyone else?) - notes here: https://goo.gl/z9VnJr

• Get revisions on user research plan completed and agreed to (Chris, Robin, Fureigh, Jeremy) - should also involve staffing expectations and needs
