RTD stopped updating about 3 weeks ago with this error:

ERROR: No matching distribution found for numpy>=1.22 

I believe that is because RTD is using Python 3.7, which we recently dropped
#462

This should be resolved by #468, since the blog post about the new system states:

The default Python version has changed from 3.7 to 3.11.
