I recently noticed that the connector integration options (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive) that were previously available in ChatGPT Plus have now disappeared from the UI.
After contacting OpenAI support, I received confirmation that:
These were available around April 2024 for Plus users,
As of June 2025, they have been officially restricted to Team and Enterprise plans,
The removal of these options from the interface is intentional, not a bug.
Currently, when selecting “Connect more” under the Deep Search interface, I am redirected to the general Settings panel — no connector list (e.g., Dropbox, GitHub) is shown.
No changelog or announcement accompanied this downgrade.
** Question:**
Is anyone else seeing this behavior? Is there any other documentation or explanation available?
This has implications for workflow planning and transparency in feature access. Thanks in advance for any insight.
