Confirm this is a feature request for the Python library and not the underlying OpenAI API.

This is a feature request for the Python library

Describe the feature or improvement you're requesting

https://github.com/openai/openai-python/blob/main/src/openai/types/chat/completion_create_params.py should be a pydantic model. This is often needed for local servers, today they have to create a separate pydantic definition to support it.
