Warning
OVHcloud is providing you with services for which you are responsible, with regard to their configuration and management. You are therefore responsible for ensuring they function correctly.
This guide is designed to assist you in common tasks as much as possible. Nevertheless, we recommend that you contact the OVHcloud Professional Services team or a specialist service provider if you have difficulties or doubts concerning the administration, usage or implementation of services on a server.
- Access to the OVHcloud Control Panel
- Access to your clusters via Prism Central
- You must have your Nutanix login details on Nutanix Official Site.
- You must have valid licences with your Nutanix NIC handle.
Warning
Within the Nutanix on OVHcloud portfolio, OVHcloud offers the BYOL (Bring Your Own Licence) solution, which means that you, as an OVHcloud customer, must provide the Nutanix Cloud Platform licences on your cluster.
When the Nutanix cluster is ordered within the BYOL offer, the cluster is delivered with a 90-day trial licence. As a customer, you must register your Nutanix Cloud Platform licences on your cluster during this period.
If you want to redeploy a cluster with the BYOL offer, you must first uninstall the licences on the cluster before launching a redeployment. This guide explains how to add or remove licences.
