Alert - remove the remove alerts button in timeout example

Describe the enhancement or change
Since we don't currently have a recommended approach for removing all alerts within an AlertGroup, we should remove this logic from the timeout example so as to not provide an unrecommended approach for consumers

Is this request originating from a Red Hat product team? If so, which ones and is there any sort of deadline for this enhancement?

Any other information?
