Actual Behavior

The link for "Preparing an Issue Guide" within the Working Within the Codebase section of the Contribution Guide does not link to the correct documentation.

Expected Behavior

The link for "Preparing an Issue Guide" should lead to the Preparing an Issue documentation.

Steps to reproduce

Steps:

  1. Go to the Working Within the Codebase section of the Contribution Guide.
  2. Look for the "Preparing an Issue Guide" link and click on it.

i had added Preparing an Issue Guide link to the Working Within the Codebase section of the Contribution Guide.
if it is good, i can raise a PR for it ?
