Client_golang prometheus as datasource for grafana?

Hi folks,
Is any body knows if it possible to use client_golang/prometheus as a datasource for grafana dashboards?

I mean, with help of client_golang/prometheus I am able to collect and store/see data on /metrics handler, but is it possible to expose it to grafana WITHOUT running up a separate prometheus server.
