Describe the bug
Readthedocs shows this error when building docs of PR #1832 (the last one updated):

Error

Problem in your project's configuration. Invalid configuration option "python.system_packages".
This configuration key has been deprecated and removed.
Refer to https://blog.readthedocs.com/use-system-packages-deprecated/ to read more about this change and how to upgrade your config file.

Additional context
RTD api v2: https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/config-file/v2.html doesn't mention python.system_packages.
