Possible follow-ups on #44 that added previous / next buttons:

Make it configurable to add those buttons
Nicer styling? -> Improve styling of the Previous / Next buttons #473
Always keep the buttons at the bottom of the page, also if you have a very short page? (currently, they are placed under the last text paragraph of a page)
