Wanted to create virtual environment however getting the bug

Yeah so a bit further of an explanation, corporate proxies want to read all internet traffic, they do this in one of two ways: Only allow HTTP or unwrap and re-wrap the SSL stuff on HTTPS.

Both cause a lot of issues with Pip and the exact solution is going to depend on the organization. For example my organization provides an internal artifactory to access packages from PyPI.
