Description

I don't know what triggered this but I can't install anything with pip anymore

What could be reason?

I disabled antivirus and tried again

I have no proxy enabled

Actually I tried with a proxy as well and still same error

At every package I tried same error

I have no problem to access these websites links etc https://pypi.org/simple , https://pypi.ngc.nvidia.com

I can reach here from browser perfectly fine : https://pypi.org/simple/requests/

I have no proxy and only Kaspersky internet security

image

I deleted pip ini too

DEPRECATION: torchsde 0.2.5 has a non-standard dependency specifier numpy>=1.19.*; python_version >= "3.7". pip 24.0 will enforce this behaviour change. A possible replacement is to upgrade to a newer version of torchsde or contact the author to suggest that they release a version with a conforming dependency specifiers.
