Pytest plugin list page for stable version isn't updated #13305

The page content for the stable version doesn't seem to be updated after a new pytest release. I published a pytest plugin on pypi in early November 2024, but it only appears on the latest version.

We had two pytest releases (8.3.4, 8.3.5) since I published it, but I'm noticing the plugin list for stable version hasn't been changed from "This list contains 1487 plugins".

@nicoddemus @Pierre-Sassoulas do the automatic PRs need to have backport labels, then?

Seems like it is. The github action can probably handle adding the label in the future but there's some manual backports to do if we want to fix the maintenance branche.

For the plugin list its probably a good idea to do file sync instead
