external-admin-secret-credentials: unknown field "externalSecret"

I am trying to create a cluster with custom admin secret according directions at:
https://github.com/rabbitmq/cluster-operator/tree/main/docs/examples/external-admin-secret-credentials

However I am hitting this error:

Is this a known issue? Please advise.

It was added in version 2.1.0 of the operator. You are probably running an older version

Watch the RabbitMQ Cluster Operator and RabbitMQ Messaging Topology Operator Deployment status using the command:

Then I guess you haven't updated the CRDs when upgrading

Well I did not upgrade, this was the first version I ever installed.

Do I need to do anything else to get current CRDs other than installing helm chart 3.2.5?
