Should mark plugin as deprecated to avoid further bad reviews

We get bad reviews because of the plugin locking up the IDE: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/12030-openshift-toolkit-by-red-hat/reviews#114680

Terrible.
Hangs on app start "indexing", then locks up the IDE. only recourse it to kill the PyCharm app

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this and none of the reviewers got back to us with further details (no feedback, no logs yet)

We stopped active development and decided to go for maintenance. Maybe we should mark this plugin as deprecated in README and maybe on marketplace, too. Maybe "maintenance mode" is more accurate.

we decided to deprecate the plugin. We'll do the following:

• put “deprecated” to changelog, readme & archive the repo
• unpublishing it from marketplace
• announce the deprecation (internally)
