Add some content to rust-lang.github.io

I have no idea whom to contact, let's hope that opening this issue here is ok.

There are several web sites under https://rust-lang.github.io/
e.g. https://rust-lang.github.io/mdBook/ and https://rust-lang.github.io/rust-clippy/
and because https://rust-lang.org/ starts with the same name,
I keep arriving to https://rust-lang.github.io/ and seeing the 404 every time I am worried.

I am quite sure I am not the only one.

IMHO it would be nice to add a page there linking to all the pages under that address, to https://rust-lang.org/ and maybe some other important Rust-related links.

Actually, there is already a repository at https://github.com/rust-lang/rust-lang.github.io that I think would normally show up as the page on https://rust-lang.github.io/
So I guess that the GitHub Pages was disabled on that repository. I don't know what is that repository.
