Improvement : Quick Fix refactoring for case-related warnings

First, there is this issue : #609

Then, using the lightbulb or shortcuts, the variable name is changed but only on the selected occurrence, we still have to manually change the variable name throughout the file. I suggest improving the quick fix to use the same principle as the "rename symbol" context menu, which renames variables project-wide.
