crate name auto completion

Forgive me if this is already a feature. but I didn't find it documented anywhere and didn't find any references in the source code, so I'm pretty sure it isn't.

It would be very cool if the plugin could (optionally) auto-complete the name of crates. It would be especially cool if the hint at the side of the completion could show the crates readme.

I'd be willing to work on this myself once I have a but more time, just proposing the idea for now.

I imagine it would send a lot of requests to crates.io so there'd probably have to be a couple configuration options to help limit this. first of all whether to use it at all, and second of all a minimum number of characters before it starts trying to auto-complete.
Probably also a third option to either show the entire crates readme or just the crates description, as the readme would require another request

You are correct, currently there is no crate name completion. I'm not sure when I'll be working this. PR welcome as always :)
