Support for Python 3.6 is going away!

If there are any objections, make them soon, and fast! Python 3.6 with SeleniumBase has been using the older selenium, version 3.141.0. All the other versions have been using Selenium 4+. I can greatly simplify things if support for Python 3.6 can be dropped.

At the same time, that also means that Opera support will be dropped as well, since Selenium 4 already dropped support for that.

Might as well drop IE support while I'm at it. Microsoft already did that. (I received a request to keep IE support.)
