[BUG] failures are not listed at end of CI log #1781

When a test fails, it does not seem to be listed at the end of the CI log. Only skipped and xfail-s are listed.

An example is the run https://github.com/sktime/pytorch-forecasting/actions/runs/13484618406/job/37674187461?pr=1780
