Is there any way to support babel plugins, like optional chaining?
Or do we have to wait for the typescript implementation? (3.7! 🎉)

#496 I saw this issue, which leads me to believe the latter is true. 🙂

Or alternatively, ignore error codes? (i.e. 1109)
