Fix system requirements documentation about Servlet

Spring Framework 5.0 raised the system requirements for Servlet to 3.1+ (see migration guide).

We should update our own system requirements to reflect that in the reference documentation, as currently we're still claiming:

You can also deploy Spring Boot applications to any Servlet 3.0+ compatible container.
