Improve documentation for <context:include-filter/> and <context:exclude-filter/> in the schema [SPR-5321]

At the moment, there is no documentation in the schema for context:include-filter/ and context:exclude-filter/ while there is for context:component-scan/. The XML editor provides a nice way of getting the documentation if you use autocompletion, but if there is no document, it also doesn't show up :-).

I wanted to provide a patch to the schema, but couldn't get Spring to build and resolve properly, so unfortunately, no patch this time...

I can see some documentation here:

It might have been added after you filed the issue, but for now, closing as Cannot Reproduce.
