Problem

Once this status-go PR status-im/status-go#5570 (comment) is merged, the recommendation is that we update mobile code to enable the flags EnableMissingMessageVerification and EnableStoreConfirmationForMessagesSent because that will give a better UX overall.

It would be good to have this for 2.30 if possible, but we are pushing for 2.31 realistically.
