Relation between the Document Tree, Requirements Coverage and Source Coverage is confusing. #1037

This issue is the last unfinished item from #621.

In the document tree, one of the things I don't really understand at the moment (which may be because i don't fully grasp all the concepts) is why the document tree includes some sdoc documents, but the requirements coverage or the source coverage are not included in the document tree? What is the difference between them? And why is the requirements/source coverage concept underneath the document tree (because you need to go to the index (document tree) to see it, but on the right hand side it's not listed

With this change: #1531, this issue's original question becomes solved. The Requirements Coverage screen has simply become a traceability matrix screen.
