Link to slack from CONTRIBUTING.md doc no longer works

Describe the bug
The CONTRIBUTING.md guide includes a link to 'join the Slack workspace'. However the link no longer works.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://github.com/swiftlang/vscode-swift/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#submitting-a-pull-request'
2. Click on 'join the Slack workspace here'
3. See error 'This link is no longer active'

Expected behavior
A browser window asking me to login into the slack workspace

Environment

• Safari browser

Additional context
Not sure if the slack workspace still exists or not as I could not find other references to it.

@0xTim Looks like these links automatically expire after 30 days, but the Slack workspace admin can manage the expiry dates on individual links: https://slack.com/help/articles/360060363633-Manage-pending-invitations-and-invite-links-for-your-workspace#manage-invitation-links

Would you be able to generate a link that doesn't expire to swift-open-source.slack.com?

The link in the existing documentation points to swift-server.slack.com, which I think is an old workspace (or is it?)
