I know there is twin/twind, and a few other solutions, but with tailwind recently adding the support for JIT, could it be possible to search for the @apply directive and render that line to css?
The argument for this is that the css in javascript template blocks could be rendered the same way that a .css file would get rendered, adding to consistency.

Coming from https://github.com/JiangWeixian/vite-plugin-styled-windicss/, now that windicss is sunsetting we were thinking of moving to tailwind, but it will be a lot of work to convert it seems.
