Default Colour Palette include SystemColors

TailwindCSS's default colour palette should include SystemColors.

This would save the user having to do the below in their config (and also decide on what they wanna call the various colours cause it'll be decided for them).

While these values aren't used often in default designs, forced-colors mode limits your colour palette to these system colors as such for accessible themes it's useful to have access to these colours.
