Now that the go compiler supports WASI natively in 1.21 (https://go.dev/blog/wasi) can we get rid of tiny go and build using the stock go toolchain?

no, it's not possible until we have go:wasmexport in Go toolchain which I don't think will be added in a short period of time. golang/go#42372
