Issue connecting to react native debugger

I've been trying to make this template connect to react native debugger but something is off, wondering if anyone was able to do so?

I followed the instruction to the T from here but no luck, https://github.com/jhen0409/react-native-debugger

Any chance there is a configuration that I am not aware of that would make this template not compatible with it?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Currently, Hermes is enabled on the template, but the react native debugger does not yet support it. However, you can explore using Flipper for debugging purposes, as it does have support for Hermes.
