Requirements

OpenFeature is now supporting Rust as a programming language with the new rust-sdk

Following the example of other providers, we should create a new GOFF OpenFeature provider for rust.

Since there is a contrib repo for rust, ideally we should open the pull request in the appropriate repository (https://github.com/open-feature/rust-sdk-contrib).

My background and how it can be leveraged

As part of Dojo Coding, I'll implement a new GOFF OpenFeature provider for Rust, following the structure of other existing providers. I’ll ensure the integration aligns with OpenFeature standards and open a pull request in the appropriate repository (rust-sdk-contrib) once the provider is completed.
