I got that when deleting and reinstalling a blind without restarting HA. It was as though it thought the blind was still there.

After a restart, it went through fine.

I have tracked this down to not being able to communicate with the server.
HTTPSConnectionPool(host='openapi.tuyacn.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url
From my instance of HA I cant access this server but I do get a response from openapi.tuyaus.com and openapi.tuyaeu.com
How can I change the Tuya endpoint
