feat: add link to Twilio Console logs to deploy/activate

This adds a link to the logs in the Twilio Console for increased visibility of the current solution. If the browser supports terminal links (like iTerm) it will display a clickable link "Open the Twilio Console" otherwise it will display the very long URL.
