When including media files in zip, it may be large compared to when it doesn't include physical media files.
One can select it to import and it starting uploading, but then fails as file is too large.
Can't it already validate this after selecting zip-file?
However in this case it seems maximum allowed file size on Umbraco Cloud is 500 MB: https://docs.umbraco.com/umbraco-cms/13.latest/reference/configuration/maximumuploadsizesettings
