No cancel button on bottompane menu for unsent message

Steps to reproduce

1. Send a message when on bad data
2. While waiting for it to send, open the context menu on it
3. Discover you have no way to get out of the context menu.

Outcome

What did you expect?

Cancel button on the bottom of the context menu to exit the context menu

What happened instead?

No cancel button, forcing you to take an action on the message (e.g. "copy" it) to escape.
