1. Disable text formatting
2. Go back to room list
3. Go into any room

Outcome

What did you expect?

The composer is in a state where the text formatting is disabled and the formatting buttons are not available

What happened instead?

The composer text formatting is disabled but the buttons are available (and do nothing)
