* 8.1.0770: inconsistent use of ELAPSED_FUNC
* 8.1.0769: :stop is covered in two tests
* 8.1.0768: updating completions may cause the popup menu to flicker

* 8.1.0766: various problems when using Vim on VMS
* 8.1.0765: string format of a Blob can't be parsed back

* Update runtime files.
