vim: Import v8.1.1674

* 8.1.1674: script to check a colorscheme can be improved
* 8.1.1673: cannot easily find the popup window at a certain position
* 8.1.1672: "make cmdidxs" doesn't work
* 8.1.1671: copying a blob may result in it being locked
